Barbells, Brunch and Bible Study

This event has truly become one of my favorites to host. If you haven’t been to at least one Barbells, Brunch and Bible Study over the last year and a half, you should!

This event grew out of my passion for health and wellness and desire to bring women together in a fun, strong and meaningful way. I am truly grateful you are here and I look forward to a wonderful time of fitness, food, and fellowship!

There are  currently 15 spots available for each event.  If weather and temperatures prove to be in our favor, more spots may become available the week of each event so reserve your spot and ask a friend to join us!

The Barbells, Brunch and Bible Study events for this spring will be held on Saturday, March 9th, April 13th, May 4th and June 1st from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the home of Lauren Wattenbarger.  Upon registration and payment, event details will come your way.

What to expect:

  • We will engage in approximately a 30-40 minute workout - this can be as much or as little as you want to make of it; we are here to move, laugh and sweat together!

  • A healthy brunch will be served following our workout and will consist of a variety of proteins and healthy carbohydrates to refuel and nourish our bodies!

  • Brunch will then take us into a time of deeper fellowship with Scripture and prayer to leave us feeling full, encouraged and loved by one another, but most importantly by our Savior, Jesus Christ!

  • Cost: $15.00

I cannot wait for a few more Saturdays together!
